ASOD organize and provides social awareness, leadership development and professional skill development trainings for the target group members especially for the ultra poor/vulnerable women household heads as well as its staffs.
This sort of training helped them to develop their leadership and IGAs skill to increase their capacities for generating income, employment opportunities and enhance their family income for better livelihood.
Training Facilities:
ASOD has four residential and two non-residential training centers in Rangpur and Dhaka (with the support of DTSC-Development and Study Center, a sister concern of ASOD) with modern training equipments. It has a training and material development cell staffed by professionals. ASOD uses the training centers for training of its own staff, targeted beneficiaries-ultra poor/vulnerable community. ASOD’s trainer team members are also offer/provides training and sale training facilities for the government and non-government organizations staffs/beneficiaries as per their need all over the country.
